Margate Entertainment Company, Inc. has been formed by a group of noted sports, music and casino entertainment executives and has acquired audio, video, and media assets that make the company the largest independent source of sports and music audio and video programming in the USA.
Margate Entertainment, a privately held company with assets valued at $ 75 million, will produce and distribute sports and entertainment programming for broadcast syndication, cable network distribution, and consumer entertainment products distribution. In addition Margate will operate its TVS Television Network property as a full time web based sports video channel plus a full time web based entertainment video channel. It will operate its RKO Unique Records group, which consists of more than 50 classic record labels, as a full time, web based audio network. Margate owns a sports video library of more than 3,000 titles, including many of the top sports classics in video history. MargateÂs audio library consists of more than 10,000 audio masters from the top stars of the 20th Century.
In addition, Margate has started production on its first two original programming productions. The first is a revival of Hollywood Palace , starring show business icon Peter Marshall. The second is the National Alliance of Roller Derby Leagues series, a revival of an early TV standard.
Margate Entertainment is located in Henderson, NV, with hard good fulfillment facilities in Boulder City, NV.
