New San Francisco Based Maternity Line Challenges Traditional Ideas of Pregnancy and Beauty

San Francisco, CA (PRWEB) November 8, 2005

Little Pink Line Maternity launches its online store today at http://www.littlepinkline.com. The fashion forward clothing company offers t-shirts and sweatpants geared toward young hip pregnant women that want to celebrate their pregnancy as well as feel like a strong and sexy woman.

The clothing is geared toward young urban pregnant women with strong personalities and attitudes and features such images as a pregnant surfer girl with the text “barefoot and pregnant” and a pregnant business woman with the text “who’s your mama.”

Little Pink Line was founded by Anya A’Hearn, who created the line after getting pregnant and being frustrated at the lack of hip and affordable maternity clothing available. While being pregnant she became interested in the perceptions and how people interacted with pregnant woman and wanted to create a line that focused on emphasizing the beauty and über femininity of being a mom-to-be.

Little Pink Line is available at http://www.littlepinkline.com and offers fashion forward maternity clothing.

Great post! I?m just starting out in community management/marketing media and trying to learn how to do it well – resources like this article are incredibly helpful. As our company is based in the US, it?s all a bit new to us. The example above is something that I worry about as well, how to show your own genuine enthusiasm and share the fact that your product is useful in that case
